Swimming pools
Aquamarine has three swimming pools. The central pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers. In the evening the pools take on a different atmosphere with blue LED lighting. Pools are maintained regularly with hygiene as the top priority; pool and air temperature, pH and chlorine levels are shown on the digital board at the entrance.
Gardens and green spaces
Between the blocks you will find lawns, cypress and palm trees, and walkways lined with bougainvillea, roses and oleander. Gardens and lawns are maintained regularly.
Gazebos and relaxation areas
Wooden gazebos and pergolas offer shady spots to relax and spend time with neighbours.
Night lighting
Walkways and gardens are lit throughout the night, for safety and for pleasant evening strolls.
Security and access
Fingerprint and card access systems are in use at the gates.
Parking
Covered (pergola) parking spaces and an off-site parking area are available.
