Site Rules
To keep Aquamarine peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask all residents to follow these rules.
Pool
- Please shower before entering the pool and after using sun oil.
- Young children in nappies may only enter the pool wearing swim nappies.
- Please respect the pool opening and closing hours.
- Please do not rearrange the sun loungers and umbrellas.
Renovation and building work
- From 1 May and throughout the summer season, no noisy renovation or construction work is permitted on site.
- Please plan works for the winter months and inform the management in advance.
- Only service providers registered and approved by the management are called to the site. Registered providers
Common areas
- From 1 April to 1 September, private tables and chairs are not placed in common areas; seating follows the plan agreed at the General Meeting.
- The layout of the pergola and parking areas must not be altered.
Drains
- Only human waste and toilet paper should go down the toilet. Wet wipes, nappies, sanitary products etc. cause blockages and costly repairs.
Being good neighbours
- Let's be kind and respectful to one another, and keep noise down, especially in the summer months.
