11 blocks, 105 apartments and a strong community in Efeler, Didim.
Aquamarine Residence (officially registered as Aqua Marina Complex) is located on 1593 Street in the Efeler neighbourhood of Didim. The complex consists of 11 three-storey blocks with 105 registered units, offered as standard single-level apartments and duplexes.
The blocks are arranged around the central pools and green spaces. White balustraded balconies, marble walkways and carefully tended gardens give Aquamarine its distinctive look.
Aquamarine as a community
Turkish and British families — some living in Didim year-round, others spending their summers here — are neighbours at Aquamarine. Owners share photos, experiences and ideas through the Facebook group founded in 2011, and summer gatherings and shared meals bring the community together.
Our approach to management
In recent years many improvements have been made within the existing budget, without asking owners for extra contributions: pool and night-lighting upgrades, garden and landscaping work, repairs to stairs and balustrades, a card and fingerprint access system, and a management app for transparent tracking of accounts.
The complex is governed by the decisions of owners at the Annual General Meeting.
